May be 7-10 days: Its a specialized thyroid test NOT run by "general labs" and usually has to be sent on to a specialized laboratory. It may take up to two weeks. depending upon length of time in transit etc

It means that: one single test is out of the normally accepted range. If not a severe variation, the single test should be repeated in 3-4  week.

Common bacteria: I assume a culture was performed.  This bacteria is very common and can be found on many surfaces including skin.  It becomes a problem when it gets passed the barrier of the skin and often causes boils and skin infections. With anitbiotics it can be treated but is quickly becoming resistant to them. Sensitivities are often performed so your provider can chose the drug best suited.

Mild elevation: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  your SGPT is only mildly elevated. It may due to intake of alcohol, some medication you are taking or from being overweight. The treatment depends on the cause. If you drink alcohol stop, entirely, if you are overweight lose weight.

See below: An ace level can be suggestive but not diagnostic of sarcoidosis---ideally this is diagnosed with a biopsy.  These levels can have false positive and false negative results.
