Unicameral?: Simple benign cysts are fairly common incidental findings noted on x-rays. It the radiologist isn&#x27;t concerned, leave it alone. Nobody really understands how they form. Both &quot;unicameral bone cysts&quot; and &quot;aneurysmal bone cysts&quot; are benign unless there&#x27;s an associated lesion; they&#x27;re not the classic epithelially-lined cysts of classic pathology but the term&#x27;s still appropriate for bone.

Unlikely a cyst. : It's possible. But that's not a common way for a cyst to present or feel. The kind of discomfort you are describing could be intestinal or kidney related.

Not typically: With new growths felt by a parent i would advise you to take him to  a doctor and be examined. It's probably nothing serious, but why take a chance?

Probably not: There are so many possibilities i suggest you see your doctor or a dermatologist.  It depends on what they look like and how long they have been there to even suggest a diagnosis.

see your doctor for the exact diagnosis.

: The cyst of that size rarely causes any pain. Simple cyst is very common at your age and it is almost always asymptomatic.
