Hands off: A pimple on the penis is no different than anywhere else. Best to just leave it alone and let it drain spontaneously. However, if it is large (e.g. up toward half an inch or more), especially painful, or if a lot of surrounding redness, see a doctor.

Clean and dry: First do you wear sweaty shorts etc, athletic? this area is prone to pimples in persons who have a constant moist area swimmers, beach goers, athletes etc. I would have the large painful one checked make sure its not an abscess or early abscess.

Serious acne: In spite of what anyone may tell you, acne ha nothing to do with personal hygiene. You need scientific treatment, and this is your right -- it's the 21st century. This kind of acne will probably require a combination of topicals (benzoyl peroxide plus Clindamycin is one possibility) plus a systemic antibiotic that's right for you, or "the pill" may clear you if you can take it. Left alone they often spontaneously vent/drain only to re-accumulate germs &amp; pus because a  capsule/rhine is left behind that does so. Sometimes a small one will self heal if you apply heat to the area which improves circulation &amp; allows better access to your own healing factors.
