Not for sure: Its not clear that caffeine causes worsening of cysts in fibrocystic breasts, but it does  seem to increase the amount of discomfort experienced by women who have it.

Absolutely...: Nipple discharge, cysts, and "fibrocystic changes" in the breast are all relatively common. Most of the time these findings are not cancer. However, to be sure, there are certain things most doctors will want to know. For example: is the nipple discharge on one side? Is it bloody? Does it occur on it's own? Has the patient had children? In some cases an ultrasound of the breast may be needed.

No: Breast cysts may be firm or painful. Many will resolve after the menstrual cycle. Needs an exam and ultrasound to be sure it is a cyst. Can have office needle aspiration to remove the fluid if the cyst persists or gets larger.

Yes: Also called "lumpy bumpy" breasts, it is not a disease. It actually gives your breasts their internal structure an after menopause a lot of that architecture is lost and what leads to breasts "falling." in the mean time, right before your period your breasts are more lumpy bumpy and tender. Right afterwards they are less so as fibrocystic areas of the breasts are sensitive to your own hormones.

Usually no treatment: If symptomatic decrease salty foods and caffeine.  If this does not help then a mild diuretic or danazole may help.
