Not for sure: Its not clear that caffeine causes worsening of cysts in fibrocystic breasts, but it does seem to increase the amount of discomfort experienced by women who have it.

Yes: Caffeine and chocolate make fibrocystic changes worse and vitamin E and evening primrose oil often helps.
