hello doctors i just want to ask.ihave a cyst on my face behind my right eye.it's color is bluish green and encapsulated and movable .is it cancerous?

Cyst on Face: Most encapsulated cysts are not cancerous. They can be removed with a minor surgical procedure: the wall of the cyst usually also needs to be removed to prevent the cyst from returning.

i have been suffering with constant headache and pressure/pain behind my left eye and down my face, blurry vision and spaced out for nearly a year now. after a mri scan they discovered a 2cm cyst on my left maxillary sinus. could this be the cause?

Possibly: A cystic lesion in the sinus can alter and block the natural production and elimination of fluids in the sinus.  this could increase pressure in the sinus. You should have an ENT  doctor examine you to determine the relationship of the cyst and the discomfort you are experiencing.

Unlikely: Most pineal cysts, if remain small, will cause no symptoms at all and are just an incidental finding on imaging.  Your multiple symptoms need to be assessed, as many situations could promote your problems.  Unlikely to be MS.

Warts: Human papilloma virus causes papillomas that can spread in the body.  If you have so many you should see your primary care and check your immune system and an HIV test.

ct & mri shows 11mm rght sphenoid sinus cyst. extreme right sided facial, head and neck pain, pain behind right eye, host of other symptoms. ent says cyst isnt my problem. gave me septoplasty, bone spur removal, turbinate reduction. symptms remained?

Get another opinion: If the surgery wasn’t helpful, you need to get to the answer somehow, what did this ENT say after you told them persistent pain still there ? Look elsewhere and find a reputable other ENT for a fresh opinion

Lymph node?: A lymph node resides in this area synonymous with mononucleosis  (mono / kissing disease ) If you are having other symptoms you need to be evaluated,  and possibly for lymphoma given your age and other neck pains.
