can someone tell me how long will a nose cut take to heal?

Superfast healing: The good news is that area has fantastic blood supply and so healing will occur rapidly. Inflammation (red, hot, tender swelling) is the body increasing the blood flow to the injury to bring healing factors to the area and also the veins expand to carry bad stuff away. Simple antibiotic ointment daily will do the trick in about a week or so.

Go see Derm: It is more like Basal cell but only a biopsy can tell for sure. Derm specialist can decide whether it is benign or cancerous,  but a biopsy may be needed if there is sufficient suspicion of cancer.

Cut: Get antibiotic ointment and coat area 3-4 times ad ay. No aspirin or ibuprofen. No nose blowing or picking.

Nasal injury: Put a little bit of aquaphor on it three times a day and try not to touch it too much and it should heal pretty quickly!

Antihistaminics: You may use over the counter anti-histaminics, especially the non-drowsy ones, like loratadine (claritin) or cetirizine (zyrtec). use daily during your allergy sea on. It takes a week to feel full relief. You may use the ones with decongestants if you do not have high blood pressure, heart problems or pregnant, also OTC nasal steroids (nasacort) can help

I : I am concerned because herpes lesions can often present as small cuts. I recommend you have yourself evaluated by a doctor in order to rule out herpes.
On the other hand, did you suffer an injury or trauma to your penis that may have resulted in these cuts? Regardless please see your doctor.
