I : I am concerned because herpes lesions can often present as small cuts. I recommend you have yourself evaluated by a doctor in order to rule out herpes. On the other hand, did you suffer an injury or trauma to your penis that may have resulted in these cuts? Regardless please see your doctor. Good luck.

Cuts on Penis: The small cuts may be the result of poor skin quality. Please see your doctor. You don’t want them to become infected. Also, avoid any creams that contain alcohol because it is drying. Peace and good health.
