Long term condition: Sex thoughts persist for the first 60 - 70 years, then gradually decline, but very rarely disappear completely.  Marriage can sometimes help eliminate or control these thoughts.

No: But there is plenty of help. Ocd like many other disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis and mood disorders can be treated successfully, but often require long term treatment so the disorder does not seriously impair a persons function and they can live a fairly normal life. The best care is counseling, desensitization and medication combined. A strong positive attitude helps also.

Don't think "cure": Therapists who use hypnotism might employ that tool - along with others - to treat symptoms of ocd. Meds may also be advised.
These are mental health practitioners, not hypnotists.
Most mental health problems can be treated well - even gotten beyond - but few are thought of as cured. Severe ocd is serious & hard to treat but good therapists can help significantly. Ask your md for a referral.

That said, yes - there are successful treatments for ocd. Refocus!: Ocd thoughts are so intrusive, so demanding. It is almost as if someone else takes over your mind. Take your mind back! focus on meaningful activities, things that make you feel good. Recognize that these thoughts are just words floating around in your head. Imagine an "off" switch that you can press to turn them off. Don't let your body become victim to your mental distress.

Yes: There are medicines but you must also find a psychologist who practices cognitive behavior therapy (cbt) because the combined treatment is the best way to help you with your ocd.
