Fecal leakage?: There's a very good chance that even a little stool leakage is the problem. Any change in diet, alteration in gut flora, or purgative agents may change your stool pattern & odor. Please keep in mind that not everything bought in a health food store, or "natural" products (however well intentioned in taking), may agree with you or be entirely safe.

It could just be: In your mind. Real smell or taste of feces would be a very rare condition of severe intestinal obstruction in which the feces would back up or reflux to the small intestine, stomach & esophagus. Or perhaps acid reflux may contribute to your symptom. Take care!

Constipation: Antipsychotics commonly cause constipation as a side effect. This leads to altered stool consistency. In severe cases it can lead to fecal impaction and bowel obstruction. Usual treatment is use of laxatives. Increasing fiber and fluids in diet may be of benefit. In some cases dosage adjustments could be helpful. Recommend notifying your doctor and discussing treatment options. Hope this helps.

Probiotics can help regulate or recolonize  your intestinal tract with "healthy bacteria". Another trick is to take alpha-galactosidase pills (for example,  "beano"), which reduce the the amount and odor of gas that you pass.

Not likely: Severe endometriosis involving the colon or rectum will usually cause obstructive symptoms before any bleeding due to endometriosis occurs. Smell is more likely a function of your diet or if you have some type of infection of gyn or rectal origin.

: No special reason. May sometimes be related to the types of Foods and Drinks consumed. In general this gassiness tends to change with time and some people as they get older only have recollections as they out grow it with different food/drink choices and lifestyle changes, especially physical exercise.

Not hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids usually do not have a foul smell and it would be very unusual for hemorrhoids to affect the vagina.  Your symptoms sound like an abscess and I recommend you have a health care provider examine you.

If : If you are having a fishy odor then there is a good chance you have bacterial vaginosis. Typically this is cured with prescription antibiotics. Some doctors prescribe boric acid suppositories, which some prefer over antibiotics. Unfortunately there is no way to get rid of the smell, other than treatment of the underlying cause.
