Lots of side effects: it is a potent steroid cream and not to be used for things like sensitive skin. It has both local effects on skin fro thinning to bruising and stretch marks to systemic effects affecting whole body including suppression of adrenal glands and suppression of immune system. cut myself using "sticker remover". skin healed but possible got some liquid in open wound. could this have adverse effects (mutagenic/carcinogenic)?

I think likely you'll be ok. I would check the ingredients of the sticker remover to see if there are any harmful components - most of the time these products are non-toxic. Very shallow foreign objects will be "grown/pushed" out of the skin layer over time. Deeper foreign objects will get "walled off" and you may feel a hard lump under your skin. Hope this helps!

Fragrance free : I initially start out by placing my patients on products which are fragrance free. I will have them wash with a gentle soap like dove followed by an all over moisturizer like aveeno (oatmeal). I also have them use a fragrance free laundry soap like all-free and no fabric softeners or dryer sheets.  If the above measures are not helping then patch testing can be done.  I hope this helps.
