Lots of side effects: it is a potent steroid cream and not to be used for things like sensitive skin. It has both local effects on skin fro thinning to bruising and stretch marks to systemic effects affecting whole body including suppression of adrenal glands and suppression of immune system. Please don't use it. Search Internet for more details
