Endocrine: Not necessarily but it depends on how much you drink and how frequently. Also what was the cause of the pancreatitis?  Alcohol certainly can lead to pancreatitis so be judicious.

If it's a new pierce the earring should be taken out ; the area disinfected and kept clean.  If there is fever or a significant amount of pain, swelling or redness antibiotics or drainage may be needed.  Metal allergy: remove earring.

If there are no squamous cells (skin cells) and many white blood cells as well as bacteria, leukocyte esterase (white blood cell enzyme), nitrite (metabolic product of the bacteria) and or casts present you should then have a culture to diagnose an infection.

Skin lesions…: Are difficult to diagnose without seeing them in person or seeing  good images of them. Best to see fp/pcp who can see the lesions, get a good history from you, and make an informed decision as to what they are. If they itch, topical or oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or oral zyrtec can help calm itching. Redness, pain, pus require medical attention.
