Sounds : Sounds like a blocked tear duct.  These generally resolve spontaneously and need to be addressed if it does not resolve after year 1.  Seeing, your pedeatrician or ophthalmologist can provide you with guidance and reassurance and follow up care as necessary.

There : There are a number of reasons why a child can develop abdominal pain, gastroenteritis (usually a viral infection of the intestines), appendicitis, a condition where the bowel folds in on itself called intussuception and occasionally something called a meckel's diverticulum .  Since it sounds as if he cannot provide you with a good description of the pain and is clearly uncomfortable, it would be a good idea to have him see a physician to determine if there is a reason to admit and observe him or do additional testing.

Seek counselling: This could just be a symptom of unresolved sadness you have suppressed since early childhood. A few sessions with a therapist could help you understand the issue and get past the frustration. Being raised by parents who refused to acknowledge or validate normal childhood emotions can have this effect. There are other causes.The mind is complex ; life is to short to carry these burdens.

Yes: Babies usually need to eat every 3-4 hours in the first month or 2. After a while, that time will start to stretch. Babies can also wake up and cry if they are uncomfortable with gas, wet or dirty diaper, etc. Older babies, who haven't learned to fall asleep on their own, may wake up out of habit, even when they don't need to eat at night. If your baby wakes frequently, see your doctor.

No there is not.: You should check your baby and make sure that they are not hungry or have a wet or dirty diaper and that they are not hurt in any way and that they have not thrown up. If not, you can actually help your baby learn to get back to sleep by letting them cry and fuss for a short period of time.

Yes: It does help to open them at birth, and might strengthen the breathing muscles, but it does nothing for the lungs themselves (good or bad).
