: Follow up w/ MD w/full evaluation. Consider menopause, hyperthyroidism, medications. Get CXR  for mediastinal lymphadenopathy,  CBC, complete metabolic profile, CRP. sed rate, check mammogram, check for  rare entities lymphoma,  carcinoid syndrome, Castleman disease . f/u/ w/ MD

Armpits, genitals, beneath breasts and under folds of fat tend to have a higher moisture level and higher levels of bacteria and fungus. Washing them regularly and thoroughly rinsing them will help keep the areas clean and free from infection. Be sure to dry them well after washing

I suppose: I find it no worse than shaving their heads, arms or legs. Removal or shaping of body hair has been a culturally  defined practice that dates back through all recorded history. It has the same value to some as patterns of body art or adornment with jewelry.Patterns change over time.

ARMPITS BROKEN OUT: Do your armpits itch? Is there a rash? Are they lumps or boils? If they just itch, it may be due to the soap you are using. Change to dove or cetaphil; change you antiperspirant/deodorant; wash your blouses ANS sweaters and shirts in all free & clear (don't know if you are female or male) if it persists, see a dermatologist.

Dark armpits: Weight loss to prevent diabetes if overweight will help. You may have a reaction to your antiperspirant or deodorant as well, if there is also itching especially. In that case, need to switch to unscented/ sensitive skin types for the time being. Can also darken from shaving like rubbing eyes increases the melanin of dark undereye circles. A dermatologist could help. OTC bleaching cream irritates
