Lots of stuff: Could be anything from allergic rhinitis to cold sores to mrsa. Start with over the counter antihistamine and nasal saline spay daily. If after a few days it's not improving go see your doctor for further evaluation.

Sounds like it: I would treat it initially with topical hydrogen peroxide which will kill some germs on contact. Then have her seen. She is likely carrying staph germs in her nose &amp; seeding to any where she scratches.

Not likely.: This cancer is seen in the far east and mediterranean.  It has a distinct histology, nonkeratinizing undifferentiated carcinoma with infiltrating lymphocytes called lymphoepithelioma, due to epstein-barr virus.  The lesions above might be due to an infectious/viral cause.  If they persist, a good otolaryngologist can be of help.

Herpes: It sounds to me by your description that you may have herpes simplex virus. This starts as  vesicles(small blisters) in clusters and they can be very painful. You can get treatment to speed up  resolution of symptoms.

Go see your doctor: An inch in diameter is pretty good size! we can't diagnose online, much less biopsy & prescribe, so you need to go see your doctor regarding those sores. Be sure to mention any foreign travel or exposure to anyone from outside local area. Also if you've been inside a hospital or other health care facility recently (we worry about MRSA infections).

Crusty weepy rash: Many things can cause crusty weepy rashes.  The concern here is that both you and your partner had a crusty weepy rash.  This could mean that one of you had an infection such as impetigo and shared it with the other.  The other possibility is a contact dermatitis to something both of you were using.  Please see your doctor right away for diagnosis and treatment.  Impetigo is very contagious.

?dry skin: Excessively dry skin may be due to exposure to excessive dry heat at home or work, excessive exposure  to Sun and wind, overexposure to frequent bathing and harsh soaps, dehydration from certain diseases like diabetes or underactive thyroid. A dermatologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.
