my right eye has white dryness forming above and below it and every morning there is crusting at the root of the eyelashes. but otherwise feels fine.?

This is not harmful: This is most commonly associated with a condition called blepharitis.  The best treatment is to wash your eyelashes with shampoo every day.  Selenium shampoos may work better than typical shampoos.  If this does not work, you should consult your regular physician.

Blepharitis: Does not sound like anything to worry about.  You might want to try using warm compresses for 5 minutes every evening and it will probably improve over the next week or two.

Blepharitis: Your symptoms seem compatible with an eyelid condition called Blepharitis. Two forms of this exist: anterior &amp; posterior. Both tend to respond well to moderately warm compresses for 10' 1-2 times daily, followed by eyelid cleansing with baby shampoo &amp; gentle massage. YouTube videos exist on how to perform this. Occasionally, more aggressive treatment is needed that can be offered by an Eye MD.

why is my eye crusty and eyelashes falling out?

Blepharitis: The crusting could be a type of inflammation called "blepharitis" or it could be an eye infection. The lashes may be falling out because of the blepharitis, or it may be a sign of an underactive thyroid. You would need to have an eye physician check your crusting eyelids, and you might need a simple blood test to check your thyroid.

when i wake up, i sometimes see that my eye produces a lot of discharge and i get crusty bits on my eyelashes during the day and my eyelashes feel dry?

Long or short term: If this is a long term or short term problem then use warm compresses to use in am.Possible allergic conjunctivitis if long term.possible seborrhea in eyelashes.Short term could be viral or bacterial conjunctivitis.Long term dry eyes could be dry eye syndrome-fish oil or artificial tears help.

Possibly: That history sure sounds like possible bacterial conjunctivitis. I'd get checked.

Possibly: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

over the past 2 days my belly button has been sore, first there was a crust substance just chilling in my belly button and then the next morning i removed a small clump of hair (looked like eyelashes). i just looked and now theres like a pimple. help?

: probably a mild irritation or infection. See your dermatologist for eval and possible topical tx

what happens when you have a bacterial conjunctivitis on one of your eye but you closed it for almost 3 days, will it cause serious side effects on it once you open that eye that you closed for 3 days? it's bacterial bcs my eyelashes becomes crusty?

: Your two eyes share an indirect connection through the tear ducts that enter the nose. I would not consider what you did as totally protective of the other eye. I don't consider crusting a definitive test for what is bacterial. The tear film has some antibacterial qualities &amp; many random cases of conjunctivitis will self heal as they did before antibiotics were available. Your eyes should be fine

Crusty Bumps...: In a toddler with crusty oozy bumps we always think of impetigo, a skin infection from staph or strep bacteria. Does he get fever? Are these recurring? Anyone with resistant staph in the family? Any recent antibiotic use?  Photos, more detailed history in a prime visit might steer you in the right direction.
