If : If you have been thoroughly evaluated by your personal physician and ms specialist for these complaints then i would recommend that you be evaluated by a sleep medicine specialist for "restless leg syndrome".

what are symptoms of cerebral palsy aside from spasticity?

Varies: The primary systems involved in CP are the muscles and nervous involved in movement and maintaining posture. Abnormally high or low muscle tone and impairments in the control of these muscle are the hallmark of cp.Other systems can have associated problems, like seizures, visual defects and more. This is a broad diagnosis that varies from very mild to quite disabling, so its features  also vary.

i had an emg about a week ago due to ongoing neurological symptoms (pain, perceived weakness, spasticity). emg came back clear, and i was told symptoms were likely related to hyperexcitability. can emg miss something serious like als?

Possibly : EMG is very helpful in diagnosing ALS but a normal study does not completely rule out that diagnosis.  If the symptoms are suspicious further testing/evaluation should be pursued

: Walking symptoms are common in MS. Remember MS usually has ups and downs.  ALS does not. Check your family history.

i can't walk. my symptoms started a few months ago with involuntary eye movement and tremors/spasticity and now when i try to walk it feels like i'm being electrocuted in my legs and my knees can't hold me up. i don't have ins. & dont know what to do?

: You may go to a primary care doctor as a start although, you should go to the emergency room You may qualify for temporary insurance coverage. This sound like you need an MRI which is expensive

Spasm: If you are able to get on your computer to type this question, then I don't think your having cricopharyngeal spasm will be much of a problem. You need to contact your friendly police department ASAP about your being choked by someone(if that is what happened).

Neuro vs muscular: To me spasm is a local muscle involuntary contraction and spasticty is a neurologic problem loss of cortical control of motor function causing inability to appropriately relax muscles sign of a upper motor neuron injury

See a doctor: I am unfamiliar with chest spasms. I would urge that you have a doctor evaluate the chest pain.

After: Stretches and warm ups, over a exercise ball you do facing down, reverse sit ups, or find a machine at the gym that serves similar purpose.

Hypnic jerks: Probably hypnic jerks and periodic limb movements of sleep. These are worsened by some meds, caffeine, stress, alcohol, sleep deprivation.
