: Your kidney function is borderline low for your age even after accounting for a mildly low volume when you had that blood test done.
I assume you are not taking any medication because you did not mention.
If your blood pressure is normal (less than 120/80) and urine test is negative, you should not worry too much. If not, you can request to be seen by a kidney doctor.

: It appears that there is little deleterious effect on your kidney functions. It is not anything to be concerned except that you hydrate yourself well. If you need contrast for any imaging or procedure, it may help if you get 1-2 liters of water or  as  intravenous fluid, protein creatinine ratio is more than 20 mg/mmol or 0.2 mg/mg then it is considered proteinuria. Avoid nephrotocic medications.
