Creatinine urine total and microalbumin ttl are normal but microalbumin/creatine is high 41.5mg (normal is below 30) what does this mean?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped to have the raw numbers. If the ratio is high due to low creatinine, that is not a problem.
