Take before b-fast: Omeprazole (to suppress stomach acid, to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcers, H. pylori infections, etc) is best taken before breakfast.  For this reason, if taking these supplements in the morning, I recommend taking the omeprazole first.

Maybe: Androgenic steroids cause HBP but protein supplements shouldn't.  I don't know what "assault" is or what's in it. If it has steoid or salt in its formula, it may be contributing. I see you had US of the kidneys. Are your creatinine, electrolytes, and urinalysis normal? Renal artery duplex exam is indicated. Urinary catecholamines are low yield but should be checked once. O/W just treat the BP.
