why do i have a black neck and black on every crease? its not diabetes.

Acanthosis nigricans: Sounds like Insulin resistance, possibly. Even if you don't already have diabetes, if you have an then you're at risk. Many women with an also have polycystic ovary syndrome. An is best addressed through supervised weight loss when patients are overweight with Insulin resistance.  Pre-diabetes is also commonly found among such patients. Please see your doctor.

the other possibility,it could be a cyst from the skin,oil gland cyst.
the third one is a lipoma,a fatty benign tumor,it is harmless,

Probably not: Weight loss tends to be accompanied by increase wrinkles. Fat can act as a volume filler, and thus minimize wrinkles. When you lose fat,  and therefore volume, more wrinkles may be visible. However, the fullness under your chin will likely improve with weight loss.
