What will be will be: After an embryo transfer, or an artificial insemination, a couple should relax and go about their normal lives, without thinking about eggs, sperm, or embryos... until a pregnancy test as planned by the Dr.  What will be will be. Normal everyday activities have no effect on the success or failure of embryos or pregnancies. Hard to guess what some cramps might be. Best to avoid overthinking things.

Yes: anytime you put something into the uterus it may cause cramping and often times spotting.

Hopefully implantati: Brown discharge is usually a sign of old blood associated with the embryo implanting in the uterus. If the bleeding becomes bright red or the pain severe then you should contact your provider.

Doubtful: Implantation occurs 6-7 days after fertilization so with an FET this would've been 5 or more days ago. I am not saying you may not be pregnant, but implantation isn't happening 10 days after fet. Good luck.

i had a frozen embryo transfer (2embryos) on 15-10-2019. on 18-10 i started spotting. on 19-10 i started having severe cramps and more and thicker blood. i am also very nauseous. my doctor is not available till monday. my blood test only on 25-10.

Go to ER : You need to be evaluated an may have an  ultrasound exam , you can't just wait until you see your doctor and definitely no help online, good luck

9 weeks pregnant from frozen embryo transfer, currently on estrogen tabs and progesterone gel twice daily.  was very active today and had small amount of spotting and now light cramps ( which could be due to vaginal progesterone gel).  any advice.  f?

Bleeding at 9w ?: Bleeding at 9 weeks is usually due to inadequate progesterone made in the placenta, after the ovary stops making progesterone.  Estrogen tabs are generally not needed beyond 6-8 weeks of pregnancy, as sufficient estrogen is already being made. See your OB physician who may want to increase the amount of progesterone orally, instead of vaginally.

Ask your doctor: Spotting could be implantation or fetal loss.....Thye will probably do a sonogram and check blood.

Yes: Most do not have symptoms or problems after an embryo transfer.

Brown = blood: Brown discharge represents old blood that has been sitting at the back of the vagina. It is important that you schedule follow up with your fertility doctor to confirm that the embryo transfer was successful.

Yes: As the uterus grows "stretching" pains/cramps become more common.
