Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Not symptoms : White discharge and cramping are so common and are nonspecific findings to any particular problem. Neither of these would lead  me to thinking that someone has conceived. A much better approach would be to simply take a pregnancy test 7 to 10 days after intercourse. This will give you a reliable answer.

Ovary makes progest: After ovulation the follicle where the egg grew in the ovary is called a corpus luteum.  It makes Progesterone to help with implantation and maintaining the pregnancy.  With conception HCG from the pregnancy stimulates the ovary to keep making Progesterone which can sometimes cause a sensation of cramping.

Pregnancy: Most women do not know exactly when they have conceived or even have symptoms.  If you had unprotected sex, there is a greater chance of pregnancy.  A pregnancy test is usually done when you have unprotected sex and miss a period.  If that is the case, I recommend a test.

Varies: After ovulation the egg can be fertilize over a 12 to 24 hour time period. Once the egg fertilizes it travels for 7 to 9 days through the fallopian tube before implanting into the uterus. The implantation process usually does not cause spotting but occasionally very small amount may occur.
