Water and vitamins: People get cramps for a lot of reasons but dehydration is a very common one. Make sure you are drinking 60-80 oz of water a day and no more than 1-2 drinks with caffeine daily. Adding a multivitamin can also help as sometimes a vitamin or calcium deficiency can cause cramps. Gentle stretching may help relive cramping also.

Cramps: Put the petal to the metal. The cramps will go away, possible your drivers license also, if you get caught. I reccomend an escort.

See a Podiatrist: A bulge in this location could be a plantar fibroma (a thickening of the ligament on the bottom of the foot) or it could be from an injury.  Either way I recommend you have it examined by a podiatrist.

Injury, fatigue.: Lots of things can cause a foot cramp - walking all day in high heels or poor shoes, over exerting yourself/fatigue, minor strains/sprains.  They are very common.  If it's happening just once in a while, just gently stretch and massage the spasming area.  If it's happening all the time, get it checked out by your doc!

Could be many things: Could be many things: 
Maybe your shoes are too tight, maybe you have arch issues and you need an orthotic insole for your footwear, maybe you’re dehydrated and your potassium or calcium are too low.

It's : It's hard to say exactly what the cause of your pain is.  Based on your description, it sounds like either a tendonitis or a stress fracture.

I would see a podiatrist or orthopedist, get an x-ray, and at that point, you'll know what's going on and can start treatment to get you better.

Meanwhile, i'd stay off of it, just in case you have a little fracture in there.
