injured big toenail 3 months ago.it was cracked all the way across about a half inch from the cuticle. one side of my nail was completely lifted so i trimmed half of my nail off. the nail bed looks like there is a healed cut/scar. how should i treat?

See dermatologist.: Suggest that you be evaluated by dermatologist for the proper dx and tx. This could be just a result of trauma, but also might be an infection.

my left big toe nail has a crack going from one side of the toe to the other. there is some discoloration on the nail itself and it seems as though its going to eventually fall out. i am unaware if there was trauma to the nail?

: You might want to see a podiatrist to take a look at it. But, most times if you lose a nail, it does grow back. It does take a while-it is unclear from your description how low on the nail it is breaking so, if you don’t lose the whole nail it will grow back faster. If you have a fungal infection of the nail causing the break, a podiatrist can diagnose and treat this. Good luck to you!

Could be..: If the toes are next to each other this maybe the start of an infection/cellulitis. Athlete's foot  (fungal infection) can present this way as well.

A reaction to a bug bite can also cause these symptoms.

See doctor if worsens or persists.

Depends on cause: Oftentimes nails yellow because there is something unhealthy (usually fungus) causing, this leads them to crack.  Get them evaluated or if you consider toenail fungus, get treatment (topical or oral).

Nail injury: If the crack is in only one toe nail it is possible from unnoticed injury, if happens in other toes and finger nails have yourself examined to out any underlying systemic problems.

when i put pressure on the middle bottom of my foot it hurts.  i have small red and white bumps on the bottom.  some of the white ones are raised.  the bottom of my foot looks very dried and cracked.  this started on one foot and now it's both.  ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, however, your description suggests callouses. You may try home remedy by applying liberal amount of Vaseline at night and covering the feet with socks. In morning, soak your feet in warm water and scrape away the softened areas.
