Metatarsal pain:  The question is what is wrong?. A doctor should see you in person. There are too many possible reasons for the pain to comment on this forum. I'm wondering if you have an overuse injury with underlying poor biomechanics

if i just got out of the hospital for cellulitis they think from a curbing my toe but i also may have a crack on my ankle bone. could this be the caus?

Possibly: It would depend where the cellulitis is compared to the crack on your ankle bone.  It is possible that the crack or breakdown of bone is a result from an infection in the bone and is causing the cellulitis.  If the cellulitis is localized to a single toe and the crack is in your ankle, the two may not be connected.

Bone spurs: Having bone spurs on those joints usually means there is arthritis of those joints most likely from an  injury since you are only 22 years old. Typical arthritis takes many more years to develop.  O-T-C anti inflammatory medication may help. However, long term use is usually not recommended. There are some topical anti inflammatory meds that can be prescribed. Best to see your Foot Specialist.

how long can it take for numb feeling in lower leg through to big toe to go away when caused by sciatica? this symptom along with ankle bone pain is lasting longer than the usual pain in the hip/thigh area. had on and off since epidural for c-section?

: My rule of thumb is if sciatica is still problematic after 6 weeks, i recommend an MRI of the lumbosacral spine and/ referral to a neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment options.

See your doctor: Have you tried an air cast? There may be a fracture. The only way to know is to have your doctor order appropriate radiographic tests. He/she can also treat your pain. It sounds like you need to make a trip to your doctor or to an orthopedic specialist.

Complicated: Need far more info to advise you.  If you actually have a fracture your doctors would have detected this and advised you accordingly.  Cellulitis can occur without an obvious break in the skin, but if there are bony abnormalities in association with this, yes it is possible that the bone was infected, but not enuf info.  See an id expert.

See your doctor: There are several causes of fluid or edema around your ankles.  It could be a venous problem, arthritis, medication, chf, kidney disease.  See your doctor.
