Easy: Brown discharge would never be considered a sign of pregnancy. It is a sign of a period. Brown is the color of blood that has lost all oxygen.

Get checked: A low-grade fever (99-100) without other symptoms is no big deal and can be ignored, but if you're really getting fevers as high as 103, this is pretty unusual and really should get checked out by a doctor soon (this week). Could be some sort of unusual infection, blood disorder, medication reaction or other underlying problem.

: "Flu symptoms and headache" may be symptoms of COVID.  Get a PCR test for COVID, and quarantine for at least 10 days along with any close contacts.  If by "medical abortion" is meant oral meds , not a surgical procedure, the chances for infection are minimal, but see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing to be certain.

No worries: Epididymitis is rarely if ever asymptomatic. If you don't have an enlarged, painful, tender testicle, you don't have epididymitis.

Kidney Pain: Pyelonephritis (upper urinary tract infection) is often accompanied with flank/back pain and fever in addition to urinary frequency and pain on urination.  In the absence of fevers, chills, and urinary symptoms, urinary tract infection is unlikely to be the cause of your back/flank pain.  Musculoskeletal causes are more likely.  Recommend seeing your PCP if continues to have symptoms for &gt;3-4 days

It could be due to an infection but it is unlikely due to the time frame.
The itching and the pain are normal, however if it persists for another day or two, visit your doctor.
