I had a medical abortion on saturday and i have a flu now and a headache that just started. could these be signs of an infection?

"Flu symptoms and headache" may be symptoms of COVID. Get a PCR test for COVID, and quarantine for at least 10 days along with any close contacts. If by "medical abortion" is meant oral meds , not a surgical procedure, the chances for infection are minimal, but see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing to be certain.
