Maybe: There are some reported cases of patients who take Coumadin (warfarin) and fish oil who then have an elevated inr, the level which is checked when you're on Coumadin (warfarin) to ensure that it's working and your doses are correct. The interaction is unclear to pharmacologists, so my advice would be to take both and follow your inr carefully.  You'd do that regardless of fish oil anyway!

Uncertain: I googled chia seed's fish oil and discovered that there are many formulations so i can't really answer your question. What you really want is about 900 mg of dha (a type of fish oil) so i advise you carefully read the label. The problem is that many herbal supplements really don't tell you what you're getting. You should also be aware that fish oil is not proven to be beneficial.

ESSENTIAL for health: Omega 3 ; 6 are essential fatty acids, meaning they are necessary for good health. It is interesting that you ask snake oil, as that is also a good source of omega 3's ; thus very beneficial to those who were deficient.
