Sun Damage: Lentigines are due to localised proliferation of melanocytes. The most common type, solar lentigines, arise in middle age and also result from sun damage (age spots). They are most often found on the face and hands, and are larger and more defined than freckles. Lentigines tend to persist for long periods and don't disappear in the winter (though they may fade).

i found a black head pimple thing on my breast could it be cancer?

Get a mammo and US.: Sorry, I'm very skittish when it comes to findings on the breast.  And there are skin changes associated with breast cancer.  I'm not saying you have cancer, believe me.  Chances are great that you don't.  But I'd be safe and get tested, especially if breast cancer runs on your family.  Better to be safe.

Need to be seen: This is probably an infection -- several come to mind, including chancroid -- and your physician needs to see it.

Unlikely: this presentation would be very unusual for breast cancer. dimpling, lump, asymmetry are common to initiate a work up. if this goes away i would loose any sleep. hope this helps

have a swollen lymph in my right armpit area, or i believe so , and its small. also, its a little red, and do not see a "head" like i do from an ingrown hair or pimple. its painful to touch, no other symptoms. cancer? the pain is getting better?

: These are often minor pustules that arise when skin germs invade sweat pores or hair roots. Local lymph glands can also become infected the same way. A warm compress several times a day can often allow improved blood flow that promotes self- healing. I have never heard or read of a case like this that was cancer.

NO: That will not cause skin cancer , but constant exposure to sun ( actinic rays ) , insensitive individuals may result skin cancer , not occasional  heat from deers.

Yes.: But you need to understand that sunscreen ought to be reapplied every 2-3 hours if directly under sun.
Hat or cap would also help.

Not really: There is a linkage to repeated sun damage, particularly prior to puberty.One episode is not going to do it but will hopefully remind you that sunblock/headware is a a simple and inexpensive way to help avoid it.
