Depends: It is contraindicated in cardiac conditions, so if one truly has significant hypotension, it would depend on the reason for and the severity of the hypotension. 
A lower than average blood pressure can be a sign of significant disease or may indeed be normal and not a problem.

Diastolic BP: There are no antihypertensive medications that only target the diastolic BP. If you require medication to treat hypertension, avoid dropping the diastolic bp under 60. In your case, I recommend starting a very low dose diuretic or an ACE inhibitor but take it in the morning after being up and about. Follow-up with your MD and continue home bp monitoring. Don't take bp meds in the afternoon.

Acute Injury: Hypotension or low blood pressure can cause underperfusion of the kidney leading to acute kidney injury or acute tubular necrosis. Speak with your physician about these possibilities.

Not likely!: Most low blood pressure readings are asymptomatic.  Drs and nurses sometimes are suprised a a low but healthy reading and will voice that to the patient, who may become concerned. I have never heard of "hypotension" as a cause, per se. Many electrolyte problems can do this. Are you on a diuretic? Other drugs treating BP  issues can cause sexual dysfunction.

Although you have a: reduction in systolic blood pressure you have not reported your heart rate response which is important to the evaluation. Orthostatic hypotension requires a 20 point reduction and you have only dropped by 8. Additionally you did not report symptoms. Barring the absence of HR response your recordings are pretty much normal.

Née to see doc: If you are dizzy you might need to go back on meds to ale you feel better. It probably is not dangerous if you are not passing out but it is important to be seen by the doctor.

i observed that some days my bp can be as low as 88/71 and then it goes back up to 96/67 hr 84 , no symptoms of hypotension but im very worried about itcan this be an issue considering that i have a history of eclampsia..im 28yrs, female?

: If you do not have any symptoms, your "low" blood pressure is not an issue. Make sure to stay properly hydrated. Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless.
