Pregnancy losses are sadly very common (up to 15-25%) without prior "internal scans"

Yes: Whenever you are actually trying to get pregnant, it is important not to take any medication (over-the-counter or prescription) without checking with your doctor. Some very common medicines can have adverse affects during pregnancy. It is better to be safe and avoid unnecessary medications at this time.

Paracetamol: I'm in the U.S., but I believe Panado contains only paracetamol (acetaminophen).  At any rate, any med that contains only paracetamol (acetaminophen) is safe for the fetus, whereas many other even mild pain relievers are not.  You should probably talk to a doctor about your headache, if you haven't already.  Best of luck!

: No. Small subchorionic hematomas are actually quite common in early pregnancy and have become more easily detected with modern ultrasound. They usually resolve without incident.
