No, the opposite!: An IUD is an intra-uterine device, an extremely effective method of contraception. Endometrial cancer is most often caused by exposure of the body to lots of estrogen. Because the IUD either contains no hormones or contains progesterone, it does not cause endometrial cancer. In fact, progestogen containing iuds (such as the mirena) may protect against endometrial cancer.

It depends: Any Fever that persists beyond one week raises questions about something serious going on. If your Temp is over 100F for more than one week, you should go see your doctor for a complete physical examination to find the cause. Endometrial cancer rarely causes fever unless it has spread out into liver which would be uncommon, but it depends on details of your medical history.

Indirectly, yes: Low progesterone by itself will not cause endometrial cancer, but if a woman has high estrogen levels AND low progesterone, it will cause constant stimulation of growth in the endometrium which could lead to cancer. I hope that makes sense!

: An ultrasound diagnosis of "adenomyosis" will explain periods with more pain and bleeding, as the infiltrating endometrial cells prevent the extensive uterine contractions which lead to excessive bleeding.  Thickened endometrial lining , if over 1 cm in width should be biopsied, but at age "31" is unlikely to be overt malignancy.  Oral bcp can reduce cramping and bleeding.

Yes: Endometrial cancer usually presents with post menopausal vaginal bleeding.  If left untreated many symptoms may occur, including back pain and pelvic pain.

Lap hysterrectomy: Any form of extensive abdominal surgery produces scar tissue ( "adhesions") at the raw surfaces where tissue is removed (ovaries, tubes, vaginal site of uterine removal) . These can attach to loops of intestine (like sticky glue) and when the intestine moves food through the contractions cause sharp pain.  If this continues, see your surgeon and discuss possible solutions.

Accepted Answer

No: The most common forms of endometrial cancer are hormonally (estrogen) derived or dependent. Therefore, estrogen causes a lot of fluid retention when not opposed by progesterone.
