Middle: Ovulation is roughly midway through your cycle. . Vaginal discharge can increase in amount & become watery to stretchy at the time of ovulation. It has been described as a “raw egg white ” consistency.

: Can be normal after sleep,when some discharge from the tear duct accumulates.Some of it dries,which many people are used to having, but some remains as the substance you're describing. If it continues during the day, causes redness of the conjunctiva, is green/like pus, or itchy or painful, please see your doctor for proper diagnosis. If just the substance in the AM, gently clean with warm water.

See MD if repeated: many entities can cause - commonly constipation (mucous flow around blockage), but also others like infection, inflammation, gut food allergies, tumors. If this is recurrent, be sure to followup with ur doctor. Red flags requiring more urgent workup would be pain, blood, fever, weight loss, age&gt;50, positive family history of colorectal cancer, and prior polyps/colon cancer. Avoid milk for now
