Cough: Can be several things most probably silent acid reflux or LPR. See if you can identify foods that cause it. See an ENT to check your throat for signs of it.

my family always wears a mask properly in stores.sadly some wear below their nose or take off to talk on phone. if they have covid and cough or sneeze in a store can you catch it even while wearing a mask? its nerve wracking?

Unfortunately, yes: You describe common and frequent mis-wearing of masks, and this dysfunctional behaviour can easily infect bystanders.  Suggest you use N-95 mask, and keep tightly on.  You could add one of the newer clear plastic facial shields.

i got a cold 2 days ago and got a sore throat. this morning my throat felt better and progressed to runny nose and cough instead. so i talked on the phone for 2 hrs and now an even worse sore throat is back. voice half gone. will it heal?

Laryngitis: Your symptoms are consistent with laryngitis. Most cases are viral and they usually get worse initially to the point where you might lose your voice completely, but eventually start getting better, with mild symptoms lingering past 1 week. If significant worsening, fever, problems breathing or severe pain seek immediate medical attention.

37y/o female.im having neck shoulder back pain. i got cough and cold but no pleghm.sometimes when im using my phone i feel tightness on my neck and shoulder. shortness of breath when walking.doctor said its muscle pain. medicine didnt work. ?

Disk herniation: Your symptoms may be caused by a disk compression on your neck.
It may be worth it to have an MRI with contrast of your cervical spine to asses that possibility.
If this is confirmed there is a variety of treatments including epidural injections, physical therapy and surgery

Maybe/not: Without an exam to see the type of rash it is hard to comment. Many of these kids start their illness with a virus that will eventually come to the skin with a dot like rash. Hives are usually a sign of an allergic reaction. I would stop the meds for now until you can talk with your doc.

The cause of the: Cough determines the treatment. For example if your cough is secondary to heart burn or reflux, then the treatment life style changes, dietary changes and the use of antacids. If the cough is due to a cold, upper respiratory infection, the treatment is time, fluids and time. If it gets real bad you may try cough syrups. Cough remedies: Not sure what you mean by "high" cough? Hydrate well.   Consider using a warm air vaporizer. Mix several teaspoons of honey into herbal tea  with a squeeze of lemon juice.  Or make tea with 2 tsp of marshmallow root bark per 1cup of hot water (steep in a covered pot for at least 5 minutes).  Drink several times a day or as needed to relieve coughing. See a physician if your cough is not resolving.
