Generally none: Cortical blindness results from failure of the brain interconnections to the visual cortex to develop, or damage directly to the cortex from injury and vascular catastrophe.  No treatment is possible.  Such persons should be entered into programs for the blind and poorly sighted to develop alternate means of coping.

Need clarity: Am not clear as to whether you have permanent cortical blindness, or episodic associated with seizure activity.  If the former, this could represent permanency, but if paroxysmal, better seizure control is very probable, especially with newer medications, and potentially, a Vagal Nerve Stimulator unit.

Risk of bleeding: Anticoagulation, with Coumadin or Heparin or several newer agents, is the main treatment for clots. Older people especially have a risk of bleeding while on these, so a fall should be evaluated for a hematoma on the brain. Other risks: because it lowers vitamin k, Coumadin therapy increases the risk of arterial calcification & heart valve calcification, especially if too much vitamin d is present.

This is not normal and there is no standard treatment for a problem that could have numerous causes.  A neurologist is where i would start if you do not have a family doctor.

Pbm in brain not eye: The term cortical vision impairment implys that there is a problem with the brain cortex (outer cell layer) that interprets the imput of the eye and visual nerve inputs.This is similar to having a good video camera, cables and system but the no screen to display the input in a way you can understand it.

if hearing deficit due to wax- get it removed, hearing will improve
if due to fluid behind the ear drum-then ear tubes and medicines
if due to burst ear drum- tympanoplasty/myringoplasty/ hearing aid
if due to a nerve damage, probably hearing aid.

Of course: Many treatments including the provision of lenses, topical and systemic medications, laser treatment and a variety of surgical options can help many with lowered vision and even some that are apparently blind.  Check with you ophthalmologist to see which of these is present if you are the patient.
