Any of those: Normal coronary arteries do not have a detectible amount of coronary calcium, so normal is 0.  A dectectible amount indicates a degree of cholesterol in the arteries which has calcified, so any of those numbers indicate coronary atherosclerosis.
An elevated score does not mean you have obstructive heart disease; it may be nonobstructive heart disease.  It does mean you have increased risk.

AnyDetectable Ca+ in: artery walls reflects arterial plaque, &gt;80% plaque no Ca+2 which any CT scanner can detect. Thus, if accurate, this does reflect coronary artery disease which typically begins in childhood &amp; is driven by low fat diet. Optimize NMR lipoproteins, HbA1c &amp; systolic BP to minimize artery Ds while promoting regression. Food choices first; Crestor, (rosuvastatin) Zetia, niacin, Vascepa, etc. often help, yet secondary.

Ca score...: Calcium score of 401 or higher implies extensive atherosclerotic plaque formation with high likelihood of at least one significant coronary artery narrowing.

CAD & CALCIUM: The presence of calcium means hardening (atherosclerosis) of  heart artery. Inside the artery wall the fat, inflammation and calcium form plaque. The larger the score , greater the plaque burden and high risk of heart attack. 0-10  no plaque. 11-100 mild. 101-400 moderate and &gt;400 severe plaque. 102 is mild- moderate. Lipitor (atorvastatin) & Plavix good. Sometimes higher number but no obstruction on angiogram.

i had a coronary cta and calcium score that was normal 6 months ago. i do have wolff-parkinson-white syndrome but does the cta prove no heart attack?

CTA and heart attack: A cta does not prove one has had a heart attack (mi). It onlyshows the anatomy of the coronary arteries. If they are diseased, you are more prone to developing a mi. Ekg's can show the presence of an acute mi or an old one. 
At age 18, you are a bit you to have a cta. What was your physician (p) thinking when the p ordered the study?

: A calcium score of 150 is abnormal and suggests an increased coronary artery disease risk and may be seen despite all the test results you provide. The score is an indicator of risk and a signal for one to follow the usual precautions, i.e. good diet, exercise, cessation of smoking etc.  A full discussion of other steps is required with your cardiologist.

Cardiac Enzymes?: With the tests done that you are reporting the only thing I'd like to know to really take your symptoms out of the territory of the heart would be cardiac enzymes and the results of a 12 lead EKG.  If those 2 things are normal then, any ongoing symptoms of left arm sensations would be extremely unlikely to be related to cardiac ischemia...especially if it is ongoing, 24/7 as opposed to episodic.

Not need cath: This is noncardiac chest pain. Your physician can send you to a rheumatologist or other specialist to help clarify this for you

Accepted Answer

No: Coronary CTA with calcium has been validated to show coronary artery disease.  Often an assumption is made that significant coronary disease also correlates to peripheral artery disease but coronary CTA does not have predictive value for PAD.  For PAD, a peripheral artery CTA would be suggested based on symptoms.  Similarly a negative coronary CTA does not negate PAD.
