Disruption of the medial canthal ligament (through trauma or cancer resection, for example) can lead to medial telecanthal deformities.See your eye doctor if the swelling doesn’t return to normal

Bumps near eye: If you mean that your husband has little blobs of tissue on his skin near his eye, they are likely blobs of fat made from cholesterol.  Please ask him to see  his doctor.  They are fairly common and do not need to be removed unless they bother the person w/them but the doctor will let you know.  Peace and good health.

Tear duct: Irritation or inflammation of the tear duct gland at the corner of your nose can cause discomfort as well as excessive tearing to occur. It is worthwhile to have an ophthalmologist check that out especially in view of the eye pain.

Bug bite: The bug that hit you probably had enough time to sting you.  This would cause an allergic reaction that may be very painful depending on the toxin. See your family dr. Initially.  If the swelling and pain increase significantly may have to go to er.

This : This is mostly likely a pinqueculum which can occur because of dryness or the effect of uv light from the sun.  It is not a reason for concern, but wearing uv protective sunglasses and using tears four times a day should prevent it from worsening.

See doctor: Hard to tell exactly what it is without a direct exam. I suspect however that your eye had been itching from allergy and then the area became irritated or infected from rubbing.  Need to see your doctor to find out.

noticed a liquid like substance coming out from the outer corner of the eye, eye is sore and blurry. when the liquid substance dries it stays there, hard to remove because it pains. started on the left eye and now its on the right.
