: Two possibilities come to mind with these somewhat vague symptoms. One is a paranasal sinusitis and the other is a manifestation of anxiety or tension. If symptoms persist, testing would be a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses and a consultation with a neurologist if no sinus pathology is found. Stress management therapy is helpful in relieving anxiety and tension if it's the problem.

Plan: To be  sure what is going on with you we need to know: did you loose the consciousness or not, do you have nausea or vomiting, blurred vision, dizziness. If you have any of these or some of these you need to go to ER ASAP. If nothing like these symptoms present you anyway need rest!!!!! For 2-3 days for your head: laying down and no  physical activity.

Hard to say: Without more information and an exam, but you could just be experiencing the symptoms of dry eye.  Try to use an over the counter dry eye lubricant drop and see if your symptoms go away.  If not, you might see an eye md.

my eyes got exposed to flash welding. they now hurt and i have a burning sensation in my eyes. what should i do?

Use protection!: The light with welding can be very intense and can cause thermal and photochemical damage to the eyes which can be permanent.  You're probably ok, but i would strongly advise you to get checked out by an eye md (ophthalmologist) and to use a special welding mask from now on.
