18 wk Miscarriage : I would be concerned that there still might be tissue in your uterus. This also could just be normal postpartum contractions. As retained tissue is a potentially life threading condition causing bleeding and infection this needs to be ruled out. An ultrasound will do so. Please get evaluated today.

Probably: If this is your second, or more pregnancy, you may be experiencing what are termed 'braxton-hicks' contractions - sort of a practice contraction of the experienced uterus.  If there is no discharge from the vagina, and these are short term (although sometimes rather uncomfortable) then you can experience them throughout the pregnancy and they are not a problems.  Consult your ob.

Uterine contractions: Not all women have uterine contractions with their orgasms. 

The women who do need to be careful if they get a hysterectomy since their orgasms will change when their uterus is gone.

You may just be one of the women who don't have uterine orgasms, but that doesn't mean anything from a medical standpoint.

GO FIND OUT WHY: If you have an ob, call the on call and ask for specific advice on if you should have check on l&d now or in near future. If no ob, consider going to an er that is large enough to have ultrasound tech in-house or on call and that handles obstetrics at their hospital.
