You can't: Social services do not provide suicide watch.  If someone is seriously suicidal, the only safe place is a hospital.  Call a local psych hospital for more information.

Perhaps you wish to connect with a doctor for a private consultation. Consultations are available on a premium forum (called Prime or Concierge in the US). A patient outside the US can consult with a US doctor, but medicine orders and lab orders only function in the US.

came in contact with a work colleague on saturday 11 july 2020.  he was diagnosed positive today.  must i be tested for possible infection?  i work in the aviation industry (essential services air traffic control).

COVID-19 exposure: This depends on the details of your contact with the infected person. If you're well across the room (at a well separated station) and ventilation is good, maybe no problem. If you were closer, shook hands, shared a break, you need to self isolate and get tested. Probably you're a federal employee (FAA), which must have its standards; check with your supervisor and follow them. Good luck.

: I would expect your ophthalmologist to answer these very important questions for you. Apparently you underwent LPI in both eyes to prevent glaucoma and,thus, may not require eye drops to lower your intraocular pressures.

Watch and see: Depending on your specific situation it may all be different, but - ideally, tell your supervisor about the challenge. Then, try to see this as acting in a play - a role that can be very unlike the real you. Real actors do it - maybe you can too. A therapist might help. Or look for other work.

See below: May need to cut down your hours!  also, may need to check your hemoglobin level to test for anemia which may make you tired.  Also, need to consider thyroid testing, your dietary and exercise and sleep habits as well as level of stress.

A mental health professional should be well versed in this area and there a behavioral therapeutic models and medications that can be very helpful to you. Go see someone, relieve some of your misery.
