my son is 13. he has a bush down below, very little pit hair, and only a 1.5 inch penis soft and a 3 inch when erect. is his normal or should i contac?

Puberty in boys: starts with growth of the testicles and pubic hair first beginning around age 12 and over 3 years, the pubic hair should fill in to a triangle and penis should enlarge.  Presence of facial hair is usually a signal of late puberty, and penis should have reached adult size by then. I think your worry is premature and it is reasonable to give it some time.

how do i stop cloudy film from forming inside my contac lens? i have been wearing gas permeable contact lenses without any significant problems. in the last 6 months, everytime i put my contact lenses on- the right lens gets cloudy and it has a film over

Accepted Answer

This : This could be a fit issue where debris is being trapped.  It could also be the gpc as previously mentioned.  I also see similar issues with severe lid inflammation and contact lens use - make sure you are cleaning your eyelids very well each day.  I also feel patients that use make-up around the eyes need to be careful with contact lens use.  It is amazing the amount of make-up that makes its way into the tear film.

Contac Capsules: It was my understanding that OTC Contac capsules were taken off the market because they contained potentially dangerous doses of belladonna alkaloids such as atropine and homatropine.  These compounds were intended to dry up secretions which they did very well.  However, belladonna alkaloids are potentially dangerous, especially as an OTC medications.

HIV is hard to get: This is not a scenario that describes how HIV is contracted.  Of course blood or semen can cause infection in they are directly introduced into the body's cavities. 

Contact through a cut in the skin just is not part of the story in those with HIV in the world. If it was health care workers, prison workers, spouses and other care givers at home would be  infected and they are not.

Contac Ultra: is for treatment of colds and flu.

No worries: Once your tongue and muscles of facial expression get used to the adjusted length by information exchanged to the brain and back will you feel normal again.

i had corneal transplant 15 years ago, doctors say eye looks good but never could be fitted with a contac lens to see so what can i do?

Accepted Answer

Check vision: Can your vision be improved with an eyeglass measurement and the provision of eyeglasses.  If it cannot, then contact lenses will not be of benefit. Fitting a contact on a corneal transplant eye can be a little tricky but that might be the problem.

Blurred vision: This is something that should definitely be addressed ASAP!  Blurred vision is not something to ignore.
