Difficult to answer : These significant symptoms require a person to person evaluation, examination by a doctor, and a variety of testing. A Cardiologist is who you need to consult with. If you have already seen one, then I would recommend a second opinion by another one.

i received first pfizer vaccine shot yeasterday and strangely i don't feel any more the constant heart palpitations or flutters i felt before. is this a placebo or maybe some of the ingredients actually are good for heart health. thank you?

: Pfizer vaccine has very little in its rna representing spike protein and a small transport material. I am not aware of vaccine affecting the heart, brain or any other systems. Is it possible that your palpitations were due to anxiety concerning COVID-19  &amp; receiving the vaccine may have relieved the stress. It can be just coincidence. Or may have heart healthy effect!!! Does it help?

No: Other things cause increase in heart rate. obesity alone does not. food that contain caffeine, diet supplements, stress, anxiety all can cause increase in heart rate. hormonal imbalance can also be a cause.

Yes: Everyone feels their heart "skip, pound, flutter, quiver, " or even race sometimes. It doesn't necessarily indicate a problem, but if it becomes frequent, bothersome, or occurs with dizziness, passing out, chest pain,  or trouble breathing, it's time to get it checked out.

Palpitation treat: Treatments include not using caffeine, alcohol , street drugs, smoking and other stimulant substances. Try to learn meditation and other calming techniques, cut out herbal substances, cough and cold medicines, nutritional supplements, see your doctor to be sure no direct heart problem and for treatment if the basics above don't help.

Anxiety: anxiety can certainly raise blood pressure and increase heart rate. however, it is worthwhile to get it checked out by your PCP - perhaps get an EKG done. you may even benefit from a beta blocker.
