Gastritis?: Your symptoms and their improvement with food suggest inflammation in your stomach or possibly a peptic ulcer.  You need to see a doctor.  Meanwhile, see if your symptoms improve with use of an antacid like Maalox or an acid suppressor like OTC Zantac (ranitidine).

ABDOMINAL PAIN: Means you are hungry.You have to eat. If persistent, use antacid . Pls. Be checked for gerd.

Without more info...: ...its hard to say, but there are a variety of intestinal noises that are considered highly specific for pending obstruction, hypermotility, etc. Only examination can determine the significance of your stomach sounds.

why does everyone who was a hiv scare says that they stomach growls at night ? is it a symptom because im having growling stomach after a possible exposure but tested negative just as many other here asking the same question?

: Stomach "growling" is a common symptom of anxiety. Anyway, in my 5 years on HealthTap, answering many or most HIV related questions, I don't recall complaints about "stomach growling" being especially common. It's not obviously a common symptom in people worried about HIV.

Stomach: Likely some type of gastritis if this is recent onset.  Reflux or dysphagia possible or peptic  acid disease.

i've had noisy stomach for 2months, sounds like hunger or liquid. i went to gi and was told it's borborygmi. no stomach pain  . can this be true?

Symptom: Borborygmi is the symptom or sound the stomach makes when it is active.  It can be a "normal" symptom for some people, but it sounds like this is new for you.  Without other symptoms it is difficult to say if this is a problem or not.

i got growling/hunger pain in stomach, somtimes, just a few hrs after eating, constant upper discomfort, and bloating when when full. what could cause?

A few things: Including gastritis/ulcers (acid produced when food is ingested); a mass close to stomach (vs lower, in colon); gallstones; intermittent/partial or early intestinal obstruction; pancreatitis (inflammation of pancreas, which secretes protein-eating enzymes).  Try eating smaller more frequent meals, and see your doctor.  May need a gastroenterologist for a scope (egd=esophagoduodenoscopy).
