Why does everyone who was a hiv scare says that they stomach growls at night ? is it a symptom because im having growling stomach after a possible exposure but tested negative just as many other here asking the same question?

Stomach "growling" is a common symptom of anxiety. Anyway, in my 5 years on HealthTap, answering many or most HIV related questions, I don't recall complaints about "stomach growling" being especially common. It's not obviously a common symptom in people worried about HIV.
