Intracranial HTN?: Transient obscurations of vision (tov) that you describe can be associated with benign intracranial hypertension (aka pseudotumor cerebri). Alternatively tov can be associated with vertebrobasilar artery disease, but this is less likely in an 18 year old. An ophthalmologist/neuro-ophthalmologist can make the diagnosis by looking in the eyes for optic disc swelling (papilledema) and with a ct scan.

Probably not: Even if u have had history of migraine it rarely results in constant dizziness.  You should see a neuro- otologist. One of the most common cause of dizziness is very low vitamin d. But it could be an inner ear infection or something more serious.

Dizziness: Dizziness is a frequent complaint, however there are many potential causes.  Medications you are on such as Lexapro (escitalopram) may cause such symptoms.  Drops in blood pressure can also be the culprit.  Make sure you are well hydrated and stand up slowly when you get up.  You really need a detailed discussion with your physician to get to the bottom of it because of the wide potential of causes.

: Once an intracranial blood clot or hematoma causes symptoms, they are usually not intermittent.  Ongoing symptoms are the rule. A brain CT scan would be diagnostic.

Possibly: Depression causes some of these symptoms but so do other things.  It is best to rule out physical causes to make sure you don't let something go that needs to be attended to.  Don't worry about what the doctor may think.  It is better to be safe than sorry.

See your doctor.: This doesn't sound related to respiratory issues, and you'll need a complete evaluation to determine the diagnosis and treatment.
The most common cause of your symptoms is constipation (treat if needed).

Chronic daily HA's: Probably have developed a medication cycle reinforcing your headache pattern, and the Ibuprofen seems to be the culprit.. Stop it at once, contact your doctor and get this pattern stopped.

Get seen: Positional dizziness is a concerning symptom that requires more work up than just testing anemia.  Part of the work up involves examination and observation so you must be seen again in the Physician's office.

Many possibilities: Too many. Needing eye exam comes to mind. That it's constant would be consistent w/ that. See if a prescription for lenses helps. If not, see your doctor. Check BP at a pharmacy. It may take patience to track it down, but start there. Best!
