Ovulation gaps ?: Anovulatory cycles usually have no bleeding associated unless there have been multiple anovulatory cycles , allowing thickening of the lining of the womb due to continued estrogen production without ovulation, and breakdown of the lining cells.  Fibroid tumors and polyps can also cause bleeding, so see your gyn physician if this continues.

Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctor's office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

It : It is not normal to bleed for 3 months, Depo-Provera or not. By the date of this post you have likely made your decision regarding another Depo-Provera shot. Hopefully you told your doctor what is going on and an appropriate plan was initiated. In my opinion it would be to discontinue any further Depo-Provera and order a pelvic ultrasound and consider an endometrial (uterine) ultrasound.

Vaginal or urine: is it like a period? How many pads does it saturate? Is there any pain? Could it be urine. Were you traumatized do to the sex.? I would suggest wait onemore day and then if it persists contact your PCP.
