beer (5% alcohol)-12 oz
malt liq (7%)-8-9 oz
wine (12%)-5 oz
hard liquor/spirits (80 proof/40%)-1.5 oz (jigger)
mixed drinks can vary- depends how well you know the bartender, so be careful, especially if you plan on driving later.

Your own blood?: Hematophagy is  the practice of feeding on blood. Ingestion of blood from animals is common in some cultures and taboo in others.  I have had some psychiatric patients who drank their own blood. There are no health benefits to drinking your own blood. Some might consider you drinking your own blood to be odd.

Sorta kinda: In low doses (1 standard drink=6 oz. 10% wine, 1 1/2 oz 40% distilled sprits=12 oz 6% beer) - 2 drinks/day for men, 1 drink/day for women and older men, and no more than 4 drinks on one occasion, alcohol may have a beneficial effect on raising the "good" cholesterol hdl. Red wines, with resveratrol, may have a slight edge, but so does red grape juice. Above that amount, it does more harm than good.

: It all depends on your activity body size and climate. A normal person requires 6-8  glasses of liquids. If you are dehydrated you will be thirsty and pee more if you drink too much, So adjust your intake to what I said and not to any fixed amount
