on my left temple atleast twice a day i get a sharpe pain that i cannot  bare for like 5seconds...and my  left  eye is now twitching everyday?

Temple: Likely a tension headache.  Do you have any symptoms on the other side at all?  I would consider temporal arteritis ,but it is usually a disorder of older people.  The twitching would also make me think of some type of elctrolyte, calcium or magnesium disorder.

Concern?: Probably not.  Remember most "dental work" is surgical.  A period of healing is required.  If symptoms worsen, or do not spontaneously disappear over the next few days, call your Dentist.

Irritated nerve: May spontaneously resolve. Seek medical attention if persists,spreads,or you notice weakness of area(inability to raise eyebrow) or a rash develops. Watchful waiting.

See eye doc: Twitching is typically from lack of sleep and stress and usually resolves in 4-6 weeks.  If it progresses and you can't open your eye or more of face becomes involved then Botox can be used.  If if progresses or fails to go away in a few weeks, you will need an mri.

Twitching Eyelids: This is a sign of stress. It may be best to figure out what is stressing you out and then to work on resolving the issue.
